Matt assisted me when I brought my car in for an oil change, and he was a pleasure to deal with! He kindly informed me that my inspection was coming up soon and took care of that while my car was being worked on. The process was smooth, efficient, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back!

The staff were nice and assisted well. I received a quick call when my car was ready to be picked up. The vehicle was clean when I collected it. The communication about the car's condition was clear. Overall, a decent experience, although a bit costly.

The after sale service was terrible.
The after sale service was terrible. Bought the car from Doncaster, but they are shutting down. I had to travel to Nottingham to get help, but no one seemed to care. The staff and manager were not interested at all. Stay away from this company.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It’s baffling how this place sells cars at all. Unreliable, unhelpful, and they gave me a car with major safety issues that I was driving for months!! After a lengthy and difficult complaints process with the finance team, things are finally sorted. I had an outside engineer check the car, and he quickly said it was unsafe due to the brakes being in shocking condition! It’s worrying that the car had multiple checks at Carshop & the dealership, yet no one noticed the issue with the brakes. I’m just relieved I didn’t have an accident.
