I placed a quite special canvas order! When it arrived, I noticed the image looked really gray, like the ink was running low. I got in touch with customer service right away! Redj, who helped me, was very kind, proffesional and really wanted to make things better! He stayed focused on fixing the issue and made sure I was taken care of. I felt heard and treated nicely through the whole thing. Great service, and I’d for sure suggest this to others! The canvas looks really neat and the artwork matches my photo really well! I'm very happy with how it turned out!

I bought 3 CanvasByNumbers paintings myself

I bought 3 CanvasByNumbers paintings myself – each with 24 color choices per picture. Delivery took around 2.5 weeks. Some paintings they send have colors that are a bit off (try editing the picture you send them for better color-it really helps!) Overall, stick to the instructions, adding water to the paint makes painting much easier. It’s DEFINITELY worth getting the canvas stretched on a board or frame (I prefer board because it’s more even to paint on). Painting these is very enjoyable and I’m quite pleased with how they turned out!

I've ordered three custom pieces from them, all received within 3 weeks. Yes - their customs ship from China (as is the case with almost all other paint by number companies)- but CBN be very transparent about this, and their shipping timelines. All of my packages have arrived in good condition, and their products are all very high quality. Buy with confidence!

I wanna calm down, so I thought I'd try paint by numbers like my auntie does. Found Canvas By Numbers online. Ordered 'Rose' by Alphonse Mucha. Started March 4, done March 31. It's nice. Canvas feels good, colors nice, paint flows well. Didn't need extra kit but will use it. Now painting Klimt's sunflowers. Thanks for the good stuff. It's kind of addicting!

I am an 83 year old artist, working with drawing, acrylics, and watercolor. A few years ago, I got a PBN kit as a gift and thought it would be too simple. Since then, I’ve bought 6 more kits. It’s really calming, almost like doing a meditation. It’s great for cold winter days, but now I’m even getting kits during the summer.

After some not so great experiences with other companies, custom by numbers really stood out to me. Even though they cost a bit more, their stuff is really good. The canvas is strong and easy to put on the frame. The numbers are easy to see, and the paint pots were all full. The final painting looked great!

The white paint (#15) dried quite quickly in the container, but overall, the paints were smooth, and the canvas was manageable. It might be a bit challenging for beginners, but I enjoyed my time working with it. It was a lengthy project, just as I wanted—a task that required effort.

I really like doing the canvas painting. It helps me calm down, and I love seeing the picture come to life after I spend time painting. The only issue for me is that I’m 76 years old and many of the spaces to paint are very tiny. I need to use a magnifyer to read the numbers.

The kits are really premium. The Canvas is well printed and easy to paint on. The little paint pots come in a nice container and the brushes are the best I ever got in a paint by numbers kit. I can really recommend it.

This company is super fun! The 16 x 20 size is great for two people. Perfect for a summer project, whether outside or inside on a rainy day. The picture is very detailed. I'm happy I only got 36 colors for this photo.

Stunning Canvas, but delayed shipping and APO limitations

While the personalized canvas I ordered turned out amazing and made for a great gift, I must express dissatisfaction with the prolonged shipping duration. The order, placed in August, was only received in November, which felt excessively long. Additionally, it's worth noting that the company does not ship to APO addresses, which may inconvenience military personnel seeking their services. Despite the stunning product, improvements in shipping efficiency and expanded delivery options would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

I'm happy with how the painting turned out! It took more effort than I expected, especially for a beginner like me. The canvas was quite intricate with many tiny sections. I suggest getting better brushes than the ones provided—they aren't fine enough for small areas. The guide helped, but an online version where you can highlight colors would be even more helpful, as the printed guide was hard to read.

I chose a custom photo with 36 colors, hoping for more detail, but it turned out too dark. Next time, I might adjust the photo settings myself to make it lighter, or ask for their assistance!

The kit itself is decent; however, the brushes prove subpar, especially for intricate details. Although our painting isn't complete, our satisfaction stems from the commendable customer support and the overall product quality.

The canvases you send aren't fully white, which is annoying because I need to use more paint to cover them. The numbers are misplaced, making it difficult to follow. Plus, there's no guide to show what the finished piece should look like. I'm not satisfied with your product. I'll stick with Masterpiece by Numbers; they're better.

Waited for 2 months without any updates, and only received my order after reaching out. Disappointed with the subpar quality – the paint was inadequate. Won't be considering them again.
