I just completed my application for my second annuity with Canvas. My main issue was the funding process. It ended up being an EFT issue at my bank; it was not Canvas's fault. Canvas kept some of my details from previous funding attempts, but I still had to enter some again. It would have been better if all my details were stored. The funding problem is why I gave 4 stars. I feel satisfied with the 2 annuities I hold with Canvas.

I did not have oportunity to list the fundings from matured Roth annuity that I replaced with this Puritan Roth annuity. The system filled in the answers incorrectly. I did not have oportunity to review my upload the image of my signatures and initials. For the purpose of funding what is the identification or eventually the Roth policy of this application ?

Just a small idea to help make your service better so people don’t feel unsure. After you get the money, could you maybe send a short email saying the $$$ have been recived? I have other annuities with another place and they do that. It helps me feel calmer knowing where my money is going. Thanks.

I tried reaching a Canvas agent to ask

I tried reaching a Canvas agent to ask about which annuity to put on the application, and also because the account # might be wrong. Every time I call, I get put on hold and never talk to anyone. I finally spoke with someone from Puritan. They told me I would get a return call. That was 3 days ago.
