    I’ve deposited $6,000 and withdrawn $25,000 without any issues—both were instant, which is impressive. I did have a frustrating experience with support regarding a problem in their BYD-points rewards system, but since then, communication has been smooth and helpful. The platform works reliably for me overall. Occasionally, the app has trouble loading graphs, but trades and stop orders have never failed. It runs perfectly on my PC.
