I bought a program for $97.00, but they charged my account an extra $228.00 without my permission. I had to call just to get the email to start the program I paid for. I wonder if I would have gotten it if I hadn’t called and raised an issue. An agent on the phone said I would get the money back for the unauthorized charge. They promised it would be done within a day. It still hasn't been taken care of.

I haven’t begun yet since I’ve been away, but I’ve got a question. My bank is showing 2 pending charges—one for $119 and another for $124. I thought the training cost was just $119, so I’m a bit confused. It might be a few more days before I can start because I’m handling some flood issues, but I'm really looking forward to getting going!
