Purchased for a 3-week overseas trip, my Android connectivity is satisfactory, but my Windows laptop consistently struggles. Support's suggestions, mostly already attempted, have not resolved the problem. Frustratingly, I couldn't connect in three different countries, despite trying various protocols. Even back in Melbourne, issues persist. Despite raising concerns within the initial 30-day period, a refund is denied. Atlas VPN's response, "No guarantee it will work smoothly everywhere," is unsatisfactory. The product's inefficiency has been unacceptable, prompting me to explore alternatives from a more reliable provider.
