The material provided is of great quality and comes in an easy-to-understand format with knowledgeable presenters. I really appreciate being able to pick up right where I left off or go back to review when needed, which fits well with my hectic routine. The virtual labs are definetly the best part, and getting the chance to try things out without worrying about messing up your system is great. There are still many features I haven't tested yet, but I’ve been trying to use as much as possible.

If you’re thinking about joining instead of using platforms like CBT Nuggets or single courses on Udemy, it’s important that the information in the subscription is clear. The ITIL 4 material is listed in ACI, but it doesn’t explain that you’ll need to get an exam voucher from another place first to unlock it. It’s confusing.
