This company ain't bad for students, ya know, if ya can prove you're in school. I reckon they get back to ya quick enough if ya got a question or shoot 'em an email. It's just your run-of-the-mill kinda deal.

I made an order over 400 dollars on Saturday, later I made a call on Monday and modified my order. At the end of the call, I asked if there was anything else I need to do before hanging up. The representative told me there was not, and I can just sit and wait for the items. 2 days past, nobody called me from this company. And my order was not shipped either. I called them to ask what happened, they told me that they could not capture enough money from my Pay-pal. I chose 2-day shipping and would like to pay for 20 dollars simply because I need my items in urgent. They kept the fact as a secret for two days, without even trying to sent me a email, without replying my email I sent the second day. I canceled my order immediately and ordered the same item on Amazon. Guess what? I get a cheaper price with overnight shipping. As a TX local company, they taxed me in MI for online shopping. They charged me for 20.5 dollars for 2-day shipping for a over 400 dollar order. What I can say. They are simply terible.

I say AVOID!

I say AVOID! I ordered a product marked as IN STOCK on their site. I paid for overnight delivery... but didn’t get it. I called at 7 PM on the delivery date after seeing my order still "being processed" - and reached an office in the Philippines. They gave me 4 different excuses, saying the product was shipped by a 3rd party (not mentioned on the site) and they had no say on shipping times (yet they had no issue charging for overnight delivery and leaving me waiting). I asked to cancel the order --- they said it would take 24-72 hours to handle. I emailed the company to cancel. I called first thing the next morning - still got the Philippines - only to be told the product shipped yesterday afternoon. WHAT? No idea when it’ll arrive... only know that resolving this with the company is tough since their call center is overseas and finding a US number is impossible... Seems my only option is to dispute the charges with my credit card... NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They quickly take your money but then leave you in the dark for days without any updates on your order. Trying to contact them is a waste of time; they never bother to reply to emails. I'd rather pay extra elsewhere just to avoid dealing with their awful customer support. Stay away from purchasing anything from them.
