From our travel advisor (Lily) to everyone we interacted with throughout our trip and during our African adventure (from Kensington to hotel personnel, to travel guides/drivers and everyone), they were all excellent and never missed a step. The quality of client service was remarkably high, and even though we had very high hopes, I can truthfully say, the Kensington team still surpassed them. I have only positive things to say and give Kensington a 10 (out of 10) recommendation.

I collaborated with Samuel Corker to organize an unforgettable adventure for my clients in London after their cruise. From the beginning, Sam offered great choices that matched what my clients desired. Planning for a group of 12 can be tricky, but Sam handled changes smoothly whenever problems came up or clients requested minor tweaks. This trip took months to arrange, and Samuel was always prompt with his replies. We highly suggest Kensington and Sam for your travel arrangements!

What I enjoyed the most was, I don't know much about Germany, and my clients are a couple in their 60's, and this is the trip of their lifetime. Kate was very kind and supportive with the budget, recommendations for places to see, and the best options for services. She is a friendly person who specializes in planning and booking travel arrangements. She also shared some great ideas for activities and handled the logistics to make sure the trip went well and was enjoyable.

We chose Kensington for our journey to Iceland, beginning with their standard itinerary and including some additional activities. The reservation process was easy. The trip went smoothly. The local guides they provided were great - true Icelanders who understood the history, attractions, and local traditions; very friendly and made the days enjoyable. There were no problems with any of our event tickets, travel, or lodging. Definitely worth the cash.

We visited some amazing places

We visited some amazing places, though we stayed a bit longer in Christchurch, NZ than planned. The activities were awesome – each one was better than the last. The hotels were nice – a couple of issues but they were quickly taken care of. All the transport was on schedule and the drivers were friendly. It was truly an unforgettable journey. Our agent was helpful and really nice, guiding us throughout the whole trip. I highly suggest Kensington.

Kensington travel realy made our journey smooth. They handled all the details and we felt cared for the whole way. Hotels, guides and drivers were all wonderful, plus they kept it within our budget. The 24/7 number gave us peace of mind when small things came up, which always happens on trips. Adam Lewis, our travel expert, was such a star to work with. For anyone going abroad for the first time, I highly suggest using them.

From start to finish, our trip was wonderful! After talking with our agent, Megan Harvey, she planned a tour that fit our interests perfectly and ran smoothly. The hotels and service were excellent and very well located. The driver was on time, polite and dependable. The guides were very kind and very knowledgable. The entire trip was more than I hoped for. I’ll be booking with Kensington again.

My family really enjoyed our trip to Peru, thanks to Kensington. Sean was very helpful and spent time helping us plan the trip based on what we liked. Everything was done just right. Rocio in Lima was an awesome guide and made sure everything went well. Omar and Gonzalo were excellent guides in the Cusco area. Gonzalo made the trips even more memorable. Very reliable. I would definitely use them again!

We have used Kensington for our trips twice

We have used Kensington for our trips twice, once to Bali and once to Spain. Both times, we felt very satisfied with their attention to detail before the trip, making sure everything we wanted was taken care of. The guides they arranged were excellent, and the accommodations were good. When we returned home, we were happy knowing we had the chance to experience the best each destination had to offer!

When the trip came closer, there was follow up and a final review of all the details right before we left. The destination and everything from the transfers to the accommodations were arranged perfectly for us, and every place we stayed was amazing. I would choose Kensington again in a hearbeat.

Our recent trip to Vietnam was realy great! Allister Cole our travel agent took care of all the little things and made sure we had fun stuff to do. We got to go out and talk with the locals, eat tasty meals at nice places and try street food too, and went on cool trips. The guides in Vietnam were really good. I would surely tell friends to try Kensington tours for their next big vacation.

Our trip to Ireland was fantastic, and that's all thanks to Cindy who organized everything so well, from booking the right hotel rooms for our family to giving us useful travel advice! This was our first time traveling internationally, and we were a bit nervous. Cindy helped us feel relaxed and ready to go. Definitely recommend!! I’ll be using Kensington again for any future trips!

Enjoyed the customized experience for our needs and wish list. Helped with show tickets, city/museum tours, and restaurant experiences. Price was competitive with high end group tour but just for us. Every trip had an issue. Impressive help on the phone for the right flight, insurance or last minute tour change. Family: teen (new to overseas travel) with 2 adults (20+ years).

This was very helpful for our trips to South East Asia and lately to Costa Rica. They handle all the trip details and stay in contact while we travel to make sure things go smothly.

From planning to the trip itself, it was wonderful! We had a great time on our Signature Budapest, Vienna, Prague vacation. Veronica planned a great trip that matched our tastes. Every detail was excellent - hotels, drivers, guides, food tastings, and country tips. We were amazed at how great the trip was. We look forward to booking our next trip!

Had a tailor-made trip to Portugal and northern Spain planned by Kensington. Our advisor was very helpful and we enjoyed our trip a lot! He set everything up after listening to our wishes. The hotels, guides, and drivers were all excellent. We had lots of amazing and special moments! It was a fantastic trip! Would definitely recommend.

My journey through Cascais

My journey through Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon was really nice. Our guide, Anabela, knew a lot and was enjoyable to be around. The hotels picked by Kensington were ideal, first by the beach with a spa, then in the city with a good spot. All the drivers were good, everyone was punctual (including us). I would suggest them. :)

The trip was a private tour of ancient Egypt. The guides, Hesam Ali from Luxor to Aswan, and Shaimaa Kotb in Cairo, were very good. Their English was great, and their knowledge was very impressive. Also, the ship Historia was amazing, and the waiters gave such professional service. I was sad to say goodbye to my new friends.

Amazing! We were really happy with the service from Samantha Cevasco. Her professionalism and care for detail are outstanding. We loved having a virtual meeting before we left and her great communication before and during our trip. Every part of our vacation was great and we highly suggest booking with Kensington Tours.

Moe Sami and Kensington gave us a trip like never before. Photos can’t capture how amazing the places were. The trip was well organized with safety as a top priority. I'd tell others not to listen to those who say Egypt isn't safe. We never felt unsafe and Egyptians were so nice. It's gonna be hard to beat this trip

We have had 2 journeys with Kensington, and each one was amazing. The guides were very kind and knew a lot. Our specialist made extra effort to pick places in Japan that my 25 yr old son would enjoy. I am very happy to plan my 3rd trip with Kensington, this time heading to Morocco.

Ana set up for us (after she lived in Italy) a great two-week Italian vacation. 5-star housing within our budget. Also set up proper cancellation insurance. When we had to cancel, she worked just as hard to get our payments back. Definitely booking with Ana and Kensington again!
